We ship using FedEx and Canada Post. Orders are generally shipped out each Monday to ensure freshness. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Our shipping calculator is quite accurate but there are locations that cost more to ship to. In these cases, a Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the difference. Likewise, if the shipping over charges you, we will refund the difference.

Meat products are shipped out frozen in a box (not in coolers). We are happy to ship meat products, but they are shipped at your own risk. There are no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for any hold ups or rejected orders from Customs.
If you are interested in an East Coast product that you don’t see on our site, please email us and we’ll do our best to stock that item for you.
Please be advised items under the “bulk” section are shipped directly from the Vendor to your door. If you order bulk and regular items, additional shipping charges may apply as the items will be coming from two different places.
